Purchase your Frame Werx Chassis from K5 Squared

Each Frame-Werx chassis is engineered for strength, drivability, and off-road performance, while maintaining the correct body mounting points and proportions of the original factory design. Whether you’re looking to enhance ride quality, increase capability, or lay the groundwork for a full custom build, Frame-Werx delivers a rock-solid foundation for your project.
Frame-Werx replaces the leaf-sprung factory frame beneath a 1967–1987 Chevrolet K10 pickup, 1969–1991 K5 Blazer or 1970–1991 GMC Jimmy with an independent front suspension chassis built around proven late-model GM hardware. The suspension, steering, brakes and differentials are drawn from the GMT900 platform that underpins the 2010 Cadillac Escalade, so replacement parts are easy to source for decades to come. Out back, a multi-link rear suspension keeps the axle planted and the ride composed. The chassis is rated to 800 horsepower and is ready for all-wheel drive.
Once fabrication is complete, every Frame-Werx frame is hot-dip galvanized. The whole structure is submerged in molten zinc, which bonds to the steel inside every rail and crossmember, not just on the surfaces a spray gun can reach. It is the same rust protection trusted on bridges and highway guardrail, and it means the foundation of your build will not quietly rot away beneath a fresh coat of paint.
Choose shocks, brakes, drivetrain, axle ratio and finish in the Frame-Werx chassis builder and watch the total update as you go. Frame-Werx chassis are designed and built in-house and sold exclusively through K5 Squared.
